The client of this project is fascinated by the bucolic landscape of the Colline Metallifere <\/strong>(Metal-bearing Hills) and in particular by the views that from his chosen construction site are to be enjoyed, first over the Gulf of Follonica<\/strong> and then, further in the distance, over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Tuscan archipelago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key guiding principle of this project, recently completed and scheduled for construction in early 2024, is thus to capitalise on the breathtaking views in a southerly direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building was therefore conceived as a composition of two separate bodies: a secondary building on the west side to accommodate guests<\/strong> and then the L-shaped owner\u2019s house<\/strong> where both the living space and the master bedroom face south, with fully glazed fa\u00e7ades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complete the project<\/strong>, an elegant swimming pool<\/strong> overlooks the valley and is the ideal location to enjoy sunsets over the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
